Each sweatshirt is made to order – exactly according to your specifications .
We do not work en masse – each piece passes through our hands with the utmost care.
Order processing time is 2-7 business days if
the ordered product (selected color and size) is in stock.
If a given variant is not available, the delivery time is up to 2–10 business days.
For individual projects, the waiting time is 3–10 business days, depending on the level of complexity.

Wash at temperatures up to 30°C .
Can be tumble dried .
After washing, the embroidery may become slightly deformed – this is natural.
Just iron it to regain its original shape. 👏
📦 Custom-made products, including personalized ones , are not subject to return or exchange – unless they are defective or do not match the order .
✍️ After payment, we begin developing the embroidery design , which we send for approval by e-mail.
🎨 The colors in the visualization may differ from the finished product –
This is due to the display settings and the type of material on which the embroidery is performed.
🔁 Changing the project after it has been prepared (e.g. a new photo or other
graphics) involves an additional fee. In this case, the price will be recalculated by our manager.
🛠️ If you find a defect in the product, you can file a complaint within 30 days of receiving the order .

- Patterns with a "skate" and a figure on
her – width 17–21 cm - Rectangular patterns with large filling – width 15–18 cm
- Square patterns – approximately 11 x 11 cm - 13 × 13 cm
🧵 All patterns are different from each other, but their sizes are similar.
